Findings Report

A comprehensive report completed by us will document our findings, recommendations, outline costs and expected efficiencies from automating various processes around your site and help with mitigating risk when it comes to making decisions

End to End Assessment

We start off by looking at your existing process that requires automation. Each repeatable step is assessed on an individual basis to ensure that we can come up with the best possible robotic solution to replace these activities. We also assess other steps upstream or downstream of the process to identify room for automation and possibilities for you to save time and money

Robot Selection

We select from a range of collaborative applications for low cycle times to industrial cobots in guarded cells for higher cycle times and to accomodate the working environment. We work with our partners in industry to identify robots that fit your bespoke task or application. Where possible a combination of multiple robots maybe used to meet the desired application

Equipment Selection

A range of ancillary equipment is developed to facilitate the cycle time and your automation goals. This could be a combination of standard off the shelf components or development of bespoke equipment. We develop concept level equipment including end of arm tools, conveyors, work stations and initial safety features in 3D so that you can see exactly what you would get for your investment

Cost Savings

Detailed proposals are generated for each element of automation including scope, lead times for design and build including a comprehensive ROI assesment based on manpower hours and an what your expected returns would be over a period of 2 years. Cost Savings are carefully assessed to ensure you receive best value for money

Performance Analytics

Using the data captured from our site surveys, we run detailed simulation models, performance analytics in order to identify performance improvement opportunities.

Cycle Time

We assess potential cycle times that need to be met and more to select and implement suitable robotic packages. Simply put, it is the time it takes to carry out an activity from a robotic point of view. This can be from simple pick and place, manoevuring an object to get to its final location, drawing or following a pattern, twisting, turning, pressing and anything in between that needs to be confirmed in order to specify the right robot for the task that it needs to carry out
